 oh yes, i know the story.  i'd start a letter campaign to members of 
 congress and patriotic & veterans groups.  my dad is currently president 
 of the Class 42B Association & organizes yearly reunions of that WWII 
 cadet class.  if Maj Sebille flew in WWII, i could probably get you in 
 touch with the surviving members of his cadet class & you could take it 
 from there.   i admire what you are doing.
