 	Ensure the Integration of SEC and NASD regulatory compliance
 	into all facets of FITSCO business. Develop and implement internal
 	compliance programs and review internal policies and procedures.
 	Act in a quasi-consultant capacity and offer solutions to compliance
 	and technical issues and questions. Identify and assess potential
 	business risk and financial exposure to FITSCO and Fidelity.
 	Thoroughly understand and communicate the content and implications
 	of laws, rules and regulations affecting retirement plans of
 	non-profit organizations. Manage and develop Director level staff.
 	Requirements: Extensive Legal/Technical Knowledge. Strong understanding
 	of 403(b), 401(a), 401(k), 457,457(f). Expert level knowledge
 	in Retirement Plan Administration and Compliance. Strong investment
 	knowledge, series 6,7,63 and registered principles examination.
 	Market place and Market Segments knowledge. Minimum of ten years
 	of industry related experience with at least 5 in a management
 	capacity; previous consulting experience a plus. Education: Bachelor's
