In 1997 the Association for History and Computing International returns to
the UK for the first joint conference of the AHC and the AHC-UK Branch since
the earliest years of the Association. As a leading forum for discussion of
the results and methodologies of computer-aided historical research, the
Association' s XIIth International Conference focuses attention on THE
DISSEMINATION OF KNOWLEDGE.
The dissemination of historical information is being revolutionised by
