IX. Cancer of the Will

CASE# 2659831/CW

Subjective: Patient denies having any symptoms
Objective: Pt. is a pathological liar, manipulative, never makes good on any verbal commitment
Assessment: Advanced cancer of the will
Plan: Isolate pt. from others in hospital for the criminally ill; this, like most such cases, is intractable

Disease often terminates in murder. The substance of their brain is too thick, and the spirits laboring within are too gross. Paroxysmal lachrymation; if treatment using dietary restrictions fails, the affliction may lead to early removal of the tear glands. Like a dark cloud, it overshadows and blinds the light of reason, and makes pts distraught of their wits.
